Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar (Urdu: خلیل الرØمان قمر) is a Pakistani essayist, chief, Urdu writer, lyricist and intermittent entertainer referred to for composing such dramatizations as Pyarey Afzal (2013), Sadqay Tumhare (2014) and most as of late the top of the line Meray Paas Tum Ho(2019-2020), as well as the 2019 ISPR-created film Kaaf Kangana.
